Please read all of fk971's terms carefully before using this platform — these terms form a legally binding agreement between you and us.
Introduction & Applicability
fk971 is an online gaming platform offering casino games, sports betting, and various entertainment services for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to every member who uses the fk971 platform. By accessing the platform or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. In the event of any conflict, these Terms take precedence.
1. Eligibility & Age Requirements
1.1 Minimum Age
You must be at least 21 years old to use the fk971 platform. Services are only available to users aged 21 and above. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the platform. We may request relevant documents to verify your age at any time.
1.2 Personal Use
You must ensure that you are using the platform for yourself and for your own enjoyment. Operating an account on behalf of a third party or as a professional gambler is prohibited.
1.3 Single Account Policy
Only one account per person is permitted. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, fk971 reserves the right to forfeit all such accounts and any funds held within them.
2. Account Registration & Security
2.1 Registration Details
When creating an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination.
- Full legal name (as shown on your national ID)
- A valid mobile number
- Correct date of birth
- A working email address (if applicable)
2.2 Account Verification (KYC)
fk971 may carry out an identity verification (Know Your Customer or KYC) process at any time it considers necessary. This process may require a copy of your national ID, passport, or other government-issued identification. Withdrawals may be put on hold until KYC is completed.
2.3 Password & Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details confidential. Do not share your password with anyone, and log out of your account after each session. If you suspect any unauthorized access, contact fk971 support immediately.
3. Deposits & Withdrawals
3.1 Deposits
The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds into your fk971 account:
- bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service
- Nagad — Mobile financial service by the postal department
- Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service
- Bank Transfer — Major banks including Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank
The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method. fk971 does not charge any additional fees on deposits.
3.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, additional verification may be required in some cases, which could take longer.
- Withdrawals should be made using the same method used for the deposit
- Withdrawals may be held if your account has not been fully verified
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until active wagering requirements have been fully met
- If fraud is suspected, fk971 reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending completion of verification
3.3 Third-Party Payments
Deposits and withdrawals may only be made using a payment account registered in your own name. Use of third-party accounts is strictly prohibited, and any such transactions detected may result in account seizure.
4. Bonuses & Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at fk971 can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500
- Deposit ৳28,000 or more and receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 → total balance ৳48,000
4.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. For example: a ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳22,500 in wagers must be completed before bonus winnings become withdrawable.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
Each bonus offer has its own specific terms. The following conditions generally apply:
- Each member may claim the welcome bonus only once
- Withdrawing before wagering requirements are met will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings
- fk971 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion
- Abusing any bonus offer may result in account suspension
- fk971 reserves the right to void bonuses if suspicious betting patterns are detected
5. Gameplay & Fair Play
5.1 Game Results
All game outcomes on the fk971 platform are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Each round is completely independent, and previous results have no effect on future outcomes. If a technical error in a game result is proven, the round in question will be considered void.
5.2 Technical Issues
If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a lost internet connection or device failure, the stake for that round is generally refunded. However, if the game result has already been determined and only the payment processing was disrupted, that result will stand as final.
5.3 Sports Betting Policy
The following policy applies when a match is postponed or cancelled in sports betting:
- If a match is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be refunded
- If a match is rescheduled, the bet will remain active until the new date
- In live betting, if abnormal odds are displayed due to a server error, fk971 reserves the right to void that bet
6. Prohibited Activities
6.1 Fraudulent Behaviour
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fk971 platform:
- Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses
- Using software bots or automation tools
- Attempting to modify game code or system software
- Colluding or coordinating fraud with other members
- Attempting to launder money through online gambling
- Exploiting platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
6.2 Prohibited Persons
The following persons may not use the fk971 platform:
- Anyone under the age of 21
- Anyone whose account has previously been permanently closed by fk971
- Anyone who has submitted a Self-Exclusion request
- fk971 employees and members of their immediate family
7. Data Protection & Privacy
7.1 Data Collection & Use

9. Account Closure & Suspension
9.1 Closure at User's Request
You may close your account at any time by notifying our support team. Please withdraw any remaining funds before closing your account. If you submit a self-exclusion request, we may restrict access to your account for a set period or permanently.
9.2 Closure or Suspension by fk971
fk971 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Serious violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent activity or bonus abuse
- Suspicious money laundering activity
- Provision of false information
- Operating multiple accounts
Any legitimate funds will be returned after verification is complete, however bonuses and associated winnings may be forfeited.
10. Changes to Terms
10.1 Right to Amend
fk971 reserves the right to update or change these terms and conditions at any time. A notice will be published on the platform for significant changes. Continuing to use the platform after any changes means you agree to the revised terms.
10.2 Governing Law

10.3 Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, privacy policy, and responsible gaming policy together form the entire agreement between fk971 and the user. Any previous oral or written agreements are replaced by this document.
